The workshop's goal is to begin a new thread of activity in the Systems Engineering Community focusing on the next-generation use of technology and open practices in the world of Digital Engineering.

The goals of the first workshop will be to:

• Understand the basics of collaborative systems engineering

• Understand the basics of sharing models through inner-source and open-source practices

• Understand the communications of hybrid engineering work
