Prepare for model twc migration

Sync model with mms, then disconnect (delete mms sync folder)

Update MMS to 4.0.18+, run migration on mms elements GitHub - Open-MBEE/exec-mms-migration-cameo2022x: script to help with mms data migration for cameo 19 to 2022x projects

Migrate mms elements to be compatible with cameo 2022x

This will change the fields/types/owners for stereotype tags and delete all applied stereotyped instances, only on the latest branch/branches

Reestablish model connection with MMS and validate
